First Foundations for “The Portland”
The construction of "The Portland" style units marks a significant milestone in our development process. Having these foundations set prior to this winter underscores our commitment to delivering these lakeside homes in a timely manner. The Portland model offers a seamless blend of modern design and comfort, with a spacious primary bedroom, cathedral ceilings and open concept living area. As the foundations set, we prepare to move quickly to the next phase of construction ensuring we stay ahead of schedule.
Framing Begins for Units 17-18
Following the successful backfill of these foundations, our skilled construction team is now ready to erect the framework that will define these elegant residences. We’ve made consistent progress on the exteriors of six units so far.
